Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective products.

Additionally, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed, regardless of whether it has been shipped or not.

In the unlikely event that the cause of the defect or incorrect delivery is our fault, we will replace the product with a good one.
(We do not allow exchanges for other products.)

Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product.

Once we receive the returned item, if it is in stock, we will ship the correct item within 2-5 business days.
