Round small bowl with a gentle presence
This small round bowl has a gently inward-curving rim that casts a soft shadow, giving it an overall gentle appearance.
We have prepared two colors: "White," which has a gentle, warm ivory-like tone, and "Natural," which intentionally retains some impurities, allowing you to feel the texture of the clay.
You can enjoy the different charms of calmness and simplicity.
The thickly applied glaze has a moist luster, and each time you pick up the piece, you can feel the warmth unique to earthenware.
Mr. Yaguchi, who creates pottery in Mashiko.
Unlike the heavy, robust appearance typically associated with Mashiko ware, Mr. Yaguchi's pieces are surprisingly light and blend seamlessly into daily dining.
It's a modest size with a diameter of 10.5cm.
We recommend layering it on a mokko plate or your existing plates to enjoy it like at a cafe.
Fill it with your favorite sauce for bagna cauda, or with grilled meat or fish.
It's also perfect for serving salads or pickles alongside bread.
This small bowl adds a touch of richness and enjoyment to your everyday dining table.
