Polygonal chopstick rest
Handling Instructions
[Care Instructions]
For regular maintenance, wash with a sponge and dish soap, then wipe off any excess water.
If moisture is left on the surface, it can cause partial blackening and rust.
As you use it, it will gradually take on a calm, antique-like texture.
We hope you enjoy the charm of brass, which changes over time.
[How to polish]
One of the charms of brass is that it changes over time, but if you want to restore it to its original appearance, please care for it as follows.
-Trays and other brass-only works-
All pieces have a hairline finish (a finish with fine scratches on the surface),
You can clean it with kitchen cleanser and a stiff sponge.
Apply cleanser to a sponge and rub in circular motions without worrying about scratching the surface.
After polishing, rinse thoroughly with water and wipe off any moisture.
-Brass parts of cutlery-
You can also polish the brass parts of cutlery with cleanser and a stiff sponge, but be careful not to rub the silver-plated or tin-plated parts. When polishing, rub vertically along the hairline.
-Silver-plated and tin-plated parts of cutlery-
The silver-plated and tin-plated parts of the cutlery have a finish with fine scratches called hairline, so you can polish them with a cleanser. However, polishing with a hard sponge will wear away the silver plating, so please polish gently with your fingers along the hairline.
